Shelby Mathematically Eliminated from Playoffs Thursday, August 5th , 2032 It's no surprise that the Shelby Cardinals have been bad this season. But those who might not have been paying close attention to the math might not have realized - the team is now officially eliminated from postseason contention. The Cardinals have missed the playoffs 46 times in their 51 years as a VBL Single A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 11th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2021. |
