Martínez Cracks 5 Hits Wednesday, August 4th , 2032 It was a magical day at the plate for British Columbia Lumberjacks right fielder Rafael Martínez. The 19-year-old Martínez helped lift British Columbia to a 11-6 win over the Dutchess County Channel Cats today at Bombers Ballpark. Martínez smacked 5 hits in 6 at-bats to spark his club to victory. Rafael Martínez grounded out in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI double in the 4th, doubled in the 6th, hit a two-run home run off Rodney Vanrenen in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.
