Smith Collects Player of the Week Award Monday, July 12th , 2032 It was a week to remember for Alex Smith. After wrapping up a torrid week at the plate, the Blue Mountain Eagles first baseman was named the Trillian League Player of the Week. Smith collected 14 hits in 24 at-bats for a .583 average. He also accounted for 11 RBIs, 3 home runs and scored 6 runs. Thus far this year Smith is batting .333 with 23 home runs, 55 RBIs and 43 runs scored. |
