Eagles Come up Short of Playoffs Monday, September 15th , 2031 The Blue Mountain Eagles may feel they were as good as the playoff teams this year, but the club has ultimately fallen short of qualifying and will watch the postseason from the sidelines. "It's frustrating because we really feel like we could have given any of the teams a run for their money," said catcher Víctor Cruz. Blue Mountain last appeared in the postseason in 2028. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 22 times in their 28-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Eagles have missed the playoffs 6 times. |
