Year Ends for Brandon Long in Terra Nova Monday, September 8th , 2031 Brandon Long will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Terra Nova closer could miss the remainder of the year. Long was injured while throwing a pitch in the Tigers-Lynx clash at Buckeyes Ballpark recently. Doctors said he has a torn rotator cuff and would be out a minimum of 5-6 months. To date in 52 relief appearances, Long has recorded 33 saves while posting an ERA of 2.40 and 47 strikeouts in 48.2 innings pitched. His totals for the year also include 2 wins and 4 losses. |
