Hall Connects for 3 Homers for Bearkats Friday, August 20th , 2032 Robert Hall was sending souvenirs to the sun gods all game long in the 10-4 Sam Houston State Bearkats triumph at Don Sanders Stadium today. The 19-year-old put on a show for fans, launching not one, not two, but three home runs into the stands and powering the Bearkats past the Stephen F. Austin Lumberjacks. "One homer's good, two's great, three's out of sight," Hall told BNN reporters after the game. "I can't wait until next game. I really feel good at the plate." The first baseman went 3-for-4, rung up 5 RBIs and scored 3 runs on his record-setting day. Robert Hall struck out in the 2nd, walked in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Roy O'Brian in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Roy O'Brian in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Michael Tucker in the 8th. Currently Hall is batting .343 with 36 home runs and 110 RBIs. |
