WC's #1 Player, Thompson of Nebraska Monday, August 16th , 2032 What a week it was for Kelsey Thompson! The Nebraska right fielder took Western Conference Player of the Week honors after wearing out the pitchers with a .538 batting average in his recent games. Thompson registered 14 hits in 26 at-bats as he cracked 6 home runs and drove in 14 runs. So far this year in 101 games Thompson is hitting .313 with 19 home runs, 60 RBIs and 48 runs scored. |
