Fighting Hawks Cruise to College Divisional Round 2 with Sweep Monday, September 22nd , 2031 After their 3-1 win today at Hi Corbett Field over the Arizona Wildcats, the North Dakota Fighting Hawks will advance to the College Divisional Round 2. North Dakota won the series by a 2-0 margin. Leading the way for the Fighting Hawks was third baseman Ramão Souray, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus." The North Dakota Fighting Hawks don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Pepperdine Waves - Long Beach State 49ers series. Long Beach State leads the series 1 game to 0.
