Hitting Streak Still Alive for Im Wednesday, June 23rd , 2032 Nobody has been able to shut down Weyerhaeuser Lumberjacks left fielder Nae-wi Im in recent days. The Del Mar Blowfish fared no better than the rest. Today at The Citizen, Im picked up 1 hit in 4 at-bats en route to a 2-0 Lumberjacks victory. It stretched his hitting string to 20 consecutive games. Nae-wi Im singled in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and struck out in the 7th. Presently Im is hitting .331 with 3 home runs and 35 RBIs. He has played in 64 games and scored 45 times. |
