Star of the Week Awarded in BL Monday, August 2nd , 2032 Gabriel Castro demonstrated his potential to be a star in the game last week and today he took home the Bones League Player of the Week Award. The Oahu first baseman wreaked havoc on opposing pitchers last week, pounding them for a .632 average (12-for-19) with 4 home runs and 8 RBIs on his way to claiming the honor. This year Castro is hitting .323 with 21 home runs and 62 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .407 clip and scored 67 runs. |
