Kerry Hits in 25 Consecutive Games Wednesday, May 19th , 2032 Lou Kerry ran his hitting streak to 25 straight games today at DoubleHump Field, when he collected 1 hit in 3 at-bats. The feat came, however, as the Cheyenne Regulators dropped the game, 5-0, to the Saskatchewan Roughriders. "Hey, the streak is great -- I hope it never ends," Kerry said later. "But I'm not happy to lose the game." Lou Kerry singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th and grounded out in the 8th.
