Brazier Clobbers 3 HR Against Clippers Thursday, April 22nd , 2032 Dennis Brazier was sending souvenirs to the sun gods all game long in the 8-5 Sparta Racers triumph at Legion Field today. The 24-year-old put on a show for fans, launching not one, not two, but three home runs into the stands and powering the Racers past the Baltimore Clippers. "One homer's good, two's great, three's out of sight," Brazier told BNN reporters after the game. "I can't wait until next game. I really feel good at the plate." The center fielder went 3-for-6, rung up 5 RBIs and scored 3 runs on his record-setting day. Dennis Brazier grounded out in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Seung-won Kang in the 6th, struck out in the 7th, hit a solo-shot off Aad Gielens in the 9th and hit a three-run home run off John Duncan in the 11th. This year Brazier is batting .333 with 16 hits, 3 home runs, 8 RBIs, 11 walks, .467 OBP and has scored 10 runs. |
