Honey Bugs End Huth's Streak Monday, April 12th , 2032 Lady Luck was not on the side of Michael Huth or his teammates today at Rough Rider Stadium. Everything went the way of the Hialeah Honey Bugs, who not only came away with the 6-4 victory over North Newton, but also held Huth hitless in 4 at-bats to put an end to his 25-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Huth said afterward. "It would be much easier to take right now if we had won." To date this season Huth is hitting .333 with no home runs. |
