Townsend Grabs ML Reliever of the Year Award Thursday, October 23rd , 2031 His manager and teammates call Jason Townsend a true bullpen ace. The Martinez League calls him the winner of the Reliever of the Year Award for 2031. The Seattle Pilots relief specialist out of Layton, Utah, won the award with 14 saves in 43 relief appearances, 37 strikeouts in 55.1 innings and 27 walks.
