AL Awards Player of the Week Monday, July 26th , 2032 It was a week to remember for Juan Vázquez. After wrapping up a torrid week at the plate, the Puerto Rico Tropics first baseman was named the Anderson League Player of the Week. Vázquez collected 13 hits in 24 at-bats for a .542 average. He also accounted for 4 RBIs, 1 home run and scored 5 runs. So far this season Vázquez is hitting .297 with 17 home runs, 69 RBIs and 56 runs scored. He has 110 hits in 370 at-bats and a .359 OBP. |
