Jiménez Cracks 5 Hits Monday, July 5th , 2032 Jorge Jiménez really sizzled at the plate in today's 10-7 win over Goldeyes. The Kansas City third baseman blistered Winnipeg for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Jiménez was too tough to get out today," the Goldeyes skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Jorge Jiménez doubled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Daniel Martínez in the 5th, singled in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
