Buzzards Walk It Off for 32nd Win of Season
The Kansas City Scouts got a sterling performance from pitcher Jack Flaherty, but the Death Valley Buzzards still prevailed, 5-3. Flaherty threw 7.1 innings of 3-hit ball. The 'W' lifts Death Valley's record to 32-26.

Death Valley won the game in the bottom of the tenth inning. With one out and Luis Aguilar on the mound for Kansas City, second baseman Jason McNee hit a dramatic 2-run home run, bringing Buzzards fans to their feet.

"Feels good to be on the winning side," said McNee.
