5 Straight Wins for Cyclones
The Oklahoma City Cyclones grabbed a win, 5-3, over the Corpus Christi Honey Butter Chicken Biscuits at Cyclone Alley. Oklahoma City shortstop Carlos Correa went 3-4 with a home run and 2 singles, while scoring 2. Paul Dodson snagged the win in relief. In 2.1 innings, the right-hander allowed no runs on no hits. He's now 5-6 on the season. Amedeo Scotti picked up the save, his 29th.

Oklahoma City took a 5-3 lead on Pedro Delgado's 26th double of the season. The 2-run double, which Delgado hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Corpus Christi pitcher José Molina visibly frustrated.

"I believe in our guys," said Oklahoma City skipper John Smoltz. "I like the energy they're playing with."
