Brand A's Stumble, Lose to BigStars
The Austin BigStars got a stellar effort from pitcher Iemochi Oda, helping Austin score a win over the visiting Daniel Brand A's, 8-2. The win for the BigStars raised their record to 73-52.

Jesús Rodríguez had a big bases-clearing double for the BigStars in the bottom of the sixth inning. With Austin leading 4-1 and the bases loaded, he got a fastball from Marshall Bishop and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 34th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the BigStars ahead, 7-1.

"Nice to see our side come away with the win," Rodríguez said after the game.
