Lynx Lose Again, 5-3, to BigStars
The Austin BigStars beat the Vancouver Lynx by a score of 5-3. Austin right fielder Rafael Díaz deserved the lion's share of the credit. Díaz went 3-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once for the BigStars. The Lynx have now dropped 6 straight.

Díaz contributed a big hit, a 3-run home run, for Austin in the top of the third. With his team trailing 1-0, Díaz took a fastball from Kevin Powell and stroked the home run to center. His 19th home run of the season allowed the BigStars to leap in front, 3-1.

"We played hard and won," said Díaz. "Sometimes, baseball really is that easy.'
