Who can be edited:
0-3 Pro Years (this is total years in minors+bigs): Can receive potential OR actual rewards. Also these players can earn a 10 point boost by spending 5 points of participation. These players can only be edited if they have a work ethic of Normal or better (unless you’re editing their work ethic).
